Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of orders being placed. This is extended to 5 days during December. This does not include personalised products or custom requests.

TRACKING 
All orders will be sent with tracking information which will be given with dispatch confirmation. We only use reputable shipping companies. This includes; Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL. This is dependent on weight and locality.
